Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, vlot in contact en wil je verder groeien binnen beleggingen?

Voor een zelfstandig bankkantoor in regio Houthalen zoeken we een Adviseur met een voorliefde voor beleggingen. Je komt terecht in een sterk groeiend kantoor met een ruime klantenportefeuille, een stabiel team en veel ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

In deze rol begeleid je klanten rond sparen, beleggen en financiële oplossingen. Je helpt klanten die spaargeld op de rekening hebben staan om bewuster na te denken over hun financiële toekomst. Dat kan gaan van jongeren rond fiscaal sparen tot gepensioneerde klanten die nood hebben aan duidelijk advies.

Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben. De juiste commerciële ingesteldheid, maturiteit en goesting om klanten actief te benaderen zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt actief contact op met bestaande klanten
  • Je plant afspraken in en bouwt zelf je agenda op
  • Je voert adviesgesprekken rond sparen, beleggen en financiële oplossingen
  • Je helpt klanten met kapitaal tot ongeveer 100.000 euro
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten binnen de klantenportefeuille
  • Je groeit stap voor stap richting beleggingen en op termijn eventueel Priority
  • Je krijgt ook opleiding rond dagelijks bankieren, verzekeringen en kredieten
  • Je behaalt de nodige Febelfin-attesten

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent vlot, spontaan en commercieel ingesteld
  • Je praat graag met klanten en straalt vertrouwen uit
  • Je durft klanten actief opbellen en aanspreken
  • Je werkt proactief en wacht niet af
  • Je hebt interesse in beleggingen en de banksector
  • Je zoekt iets op lange termijn
  • Je bent leergierig, matuur en down-to-earth
  • Een eerste ervaring in bank of finance is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must

Belangrijk om te weten: dit is een actieve commerciële rol. Een groot deel van je agenda bouw je zelf op door klanten te contacteren. We zoeken dus iemand die energie krijgt van klantencontact en initiatief neemt.
