Als junior beleidsadviseur natuurherstel werk je aan maatregelen die echt verschil maken. Je bewaakt de voortgang, analyseert data en adviseert over beleid. Vanuit Haarlem én op de mooiste plekken in de provincie help je natuurgebieden duurzaam herstellen. Jouw baan De natuur in Noord-Holland is prachtig én kwetsbaar. Van veenweiden en moerasgebieden tot duinen en de Waddenzee: op veel plekken staat de natuur onder druk. Daarom werken we met een ambitieus programma voor natuurherstel. Als junior beleidsadviseur natuurherstel draag jij bij aan de uitvoering, monitoring en verdere ontwikkeling van dit programma. Je bewaakt de voortgang van natuurherstelmaatregelen. Je houdt deadlines, kwaliteit, financiën en resultaten scherp in beeld. Ook bereid je voortgangsrapportages voor en help je Gedeputeerde Staten en Provinciale Staten goed te informeren. Je organiseert en analyseert gegevens over natuurherstel, onder meer met geografische informatiesystemen (GIS). Binnen het team ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor financiële voortgang en uitgaven. Daarnaast werk je aan uiteenlopende beleids-, advies- en onderzoeksopdrachten. Denk aan het uitzetten van onderzoek naar hydrologisch herstel in natuurgebieden, een advies over de aanpak van watercrassula in veengebieden of beleid rond invasieve exoten. Je verbindt natuuropgaven met onderwerpen als grondzaken, landbouw, water en subsidies. Daarbij werk je samen met collega's, terreinbeheerders, waterschappen, gemeenten en andere partners. Zo combineer je beleid, uitvoering en samenwerking in één veelzijdige functie. Dit bieden wij - Een brutomaandsalaris tussen € 3.886,37 en € 5.474,08 (schaal 10) op basis van 36 uur per week.
