The posting

Als junior besturingstechnicus in Heerde werk je aan de besturing van machines en installaties binnen de industrie. Je richt je op de samenhang tussen PLC-software, elektrische componenten en het productieproces. Denk aan het controleren van sensoren, het testen van signalen en het analyseren van een machinestoring. Daarbij leer je hoe je technische bevindingen vertaalt naar veilige, praktische aanpassingen aan een besturing. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je werken aan de installatie met het lezen van schema’s en het bekijken van PLC-programma’s. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met technische collega’s en operators, zodat je begrijpt wat een machine moet doen en waar het proces vastloopt. Stap voor stap ontwikkel je je in storingsanalyse, HMI-bediening en het zorgvuldig testen en documenteren van wijzigingen. Functie-inhoud - Ondersteunen bij het opsporen van elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen - PLC-signalen en de werking van sensoren en actuatoren controleren - Elektrische schema’s lezen en vergelijken met de installatie - Onder begeleiding kleine wijzigingen in PLC- en HMI-software uitvoeren - Besturingsfuncties testen met aandacht voor machineveiligheid - Wijzigingen en meetresultaten vastleggen voor technische collega’s Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding op mbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Basiskennis van elektrische besturingen en interesse in PLC-programmering - Enige ervaring met elektrische schema’s vanuit opleiding, stage of werk - Een systematische aanpak bij het zoeken naar storingsoorzaken - Zorgvuldig werken en aandacht voor veilig werken aan machines - Bereidheid om te leren van collega’s en vragen te stellen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.400 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in Heerde - Een detavastconstructie met uitzicht op een rechtstreeks dienstverband - Praktijkervaring met industriële besturingen en productie-installaties - Rui.
