Bij Vlassak krijg je de ruimte om te groeien, jezelf te ontwikkelen en stap voor stap alle facetten van kwaliteit binnen onze betonproductie te leren kennen. Je werkt samen met collega's van productie en kwaliteitsdienst en wordt intensief begeleid door ervaren vakspecialisten. Wat ga je leren en doen? In deze junior rol leer je de basis van het vak én draai je vanaf dag één mee in de kwaliteitsdienst. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: · Kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen, mengsels, mallen, wapening en eindproducten · Het registreren van meetresultaten, rapportages en afwijkingen · Ondersteunen bij audits en certificeringstrajecten · Procescontroles rondom mengen, uitharding en producteigenschappen · Het meewerken aan product- en procesverbeteringen · Veilig werken en naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften Je krijgt voldoende tijd en begeleiding om deze taken onder de knie te krijgen. Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben, maar interesse in techniek en de bereidheid om te leren zijn voor ons essentieel. Over Vlassak In ons betonbedrijf produceren we maatwerk prefab betonelementen, zoals bouwkundige elementen: balkons galerijen trappen en bordessen, maar ook constructieve elementen zoals: balken , wanden en kolommen. Deze elementen gaan vooral naar hoogbouwprojecten, zoals woontorens en appartementencomplexen. Op kantoor wordt alles voorbereid. De volgende stap is het maken van de mallen en de bewapening.
