Als dynamisches Unternehmen in einer zukunftsorientierten Branche verstärken wir unser Team um einen 1 Junior Betriebsmanager_in Schwerpunkt Personal- und Einsatzplanung ab sofort in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben bei Gassner

Personal- und Einsatzplanung

* Du planst und koordinierst den täglichen Einsatz unseres Fahrpersonals sowie Urlaubs- und Vertretungsregelungen

* Du wirkst an der Jahres- und Tourenplanung mit und stellst eine effiziente operative Umsetzung sicher

* Du analysierst Auslastungen, Verfügbarkeiten und betriebliche Anforderungen und leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab

Prozesse, Qualität und Behördenmanagement

* Du koordinierst wiederkehrende Überprüfungen und Unterweisungen sowie behördliche Dokumentationen und Bescheide (ISO-Zertifizierung)

* Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und treibst deren Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung voran

Arbeitssicherheit, Beschaffung und Standortorganisation

* Du stellst sicher, dass Sicherheit, Materialverfügbarkeit und administrative Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft funktionieren

* Du unterstützt bei der Abwicklung von Arbeitsunfällen sowie Versicherungs- und Schadensfällen und übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Darüber freuen wir uns

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL oder laufendes/abgeschlossenes Studium)

* Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im technischen, logistischen oder organisatorischen Umfeld mit

* Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und dich fachlich sowie persönlich weiterentwickeln

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick

* Du kommunizierst sicher und trittst gegenüber unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern souverän auf

* Du hast gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und findest dich schnell in neuen technischen Tools zurecht, auch im Umgang mit KI-Anwendungen

Deine Entlohnung bei Gassner

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt (JBG) ab €45.000,-- (auf Basis Vollbeschäftigung/ 40h) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
