Bij Olympia geloven we dat werk mensen verbindt en vooruithelpt. Als Junior Bid Writer help jij mee om nieuwe klanten voor Olympia binnen te halen en bestaande samenwerkingen te versterken. Hoe? Door onze dienstverlening te vertalen naar heldere, overtuigende en onderscheidende teksten. Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben met tenders of aanbestedingen. Als jij gek bent op schrijven, nieuwsgierig bent en graag wilt leren, leren wij jou de rest.

Als Junior Bid Writer werk je samen met onze Manager van de afdeling, Bid Managers en Bid Writers aan verschillende commerciële voorstellen en aanbestedingen. Je duikt in de klantvraag, verzamelt informatie bij collega's en vertaalt dit naar een sterk verhaal.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Schrijven en redigeren van teksten voor offertes en aanbestedingen. - Meedenken over hoe we Olympia en onze dienstverlening het beste kunnen presenteren. - Informatie ophalen bij collega's en deze vertalen naar een helder en overtuigend verhaal. - Zorgen dat teksten prettig lezen, aansluiten bij de klantvraag en inhoudelijk kloppen. - Meedenken over nieuwe ideeën, formats en manieren om ons schrijfproces steeds beter te maken. - Ontdekken hoe bijvoorbeeld AI ons kan helpen om slimmer en efficiënter te schrijven.

Je werkt daarbij aan mooie en impactvolle klanten en projecten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan Gemeente Amsterdam, GVB, RET en DHL.

Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van schrijven. Misschien ben je net afgestudeerd in Communicatie, Journalistiek, Taal, Marketing of een vergelijkbare richting. Of je hebt al wat schrijfervaring opgedaan als copywriter, binnen content of redacteur.

Wat vooral belangrijk is:

- Je schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en vindt het leuk om met taal bezig te zijn. - Je bent nieuwsgierig en vindt het leuk om je vast te bijten in nieuwe onderwerpen. - Je kunt ingewikkelde informatie omzetten in een duidelijk en aantrekkelijk verhaal. - Je werkt graag samen en staat open voor feedback. - Je bent enthousiast
