Binnen DigiBase, zijn we op zoek naar een Junior BIM Modelleur. Deze functie is zeer uitdagend en er wordt veel geïnvesteerd in persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Als Junior BIM Modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige uitwerking van projecten. Je werkt in een team waarin je samen tot een ontwerp komt en bent hierin de spil in het web. Van belang is dat je op vakinhoudelijk gebied communicatief sterk en gedreven bent om tekeningen binnen deadlines te realiseren. Taken die je uitvoert zijn onder andere: - Het modelleren van een project of een deel van een project; - Het coördineren van inbreng gegevens van externe partijen; - Het periodiek samenvoegen van IFC aspectmodellen in een integraal coördinatiemodel ten behoeve van controles; - Het controleren en bewaken van het informatieniveau en de kwaliteit van de interne aspectmodellen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen t.o.v. De uitgangspunten, zoals meer -en minderwerk en meldt dit aan de teamleider; - Het deelnemen aan interne werkbesprekingen en waar nodig het notuleren hiervan.
