Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar slimme 3D-modellen en draagt bij aan een efficiënt bouwproces. Ontwikkel jouw technische vaardigheden en groei mee binnen de wereld van BIM. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior BIM Modelleur werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan verschillende bouwprojecten binnen de woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw of renovatie. Je maakt en beheert digitale 3D-modellen waarin technische informatie van gebouwen wordt verwerkt. Hierbij werk je met BIM-software zoals Revit en zorg je ervoor dat tekeningen en modellen nauwkeurig aansluiten op de wensen van het project. BIM speelt een steeds grotere rol binnen de bouw, omdat verschillende partijen samenwerken in één digitaal bouwwerkmodel. Je controleert modellen, verwerkt wijzigingen en ondersteunt ervaren modelleurs en projectteams tijdens verschillende fases van het bouwproces. Daarnaast denk je mee over technische oplossingen en signaleer je mogelijke verbeterpunten in het ontwerp. Voor onze opdrachtgever krijg je de ruimte om jouw kennis van BIM verder uit te bouwen en ervaring op te doen met moderne bouwtechnieken en digitale processen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Maken en aanpassen van 3D BIM-modellen met behulp van Revit of vergelijkbare software; - Uitwerken van bouwkundige tekeningen en technische details; - Controleren van modellen op kwaliteit, volledigheid en technische haalbaarheid; - Verwerken van wijzigingen vanuit projectteams en externe partijen; - Ondersteunen bij BIM-coördinatie en het beheren van projectinformatie; - Samenwerken met architecten, constructeurs en andere bouwspecialisten; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over technische...
