Droom jij van een baan als BIM modelleur in de bouw? Dan is dit je kans om aan de slag te gaan bij een innovatieve aannemer en om door te kunnen groeien naar BIM/projectcoördinator. Met een pointcloud als onderlegger bouw jij BIM modelleur op volgens het protocol van de opdrachtgever. Vervolgens werk je op basis van het schetswerk aan het hele traject tot en met de aanvraag van de omgevingsvergunning. Aan jou de taak om meetstaten te leveren aan de calculator en werkvoorbereider en om de inkoop te ondersteunen. Je maakt tekeningen, berekeningen en analyseren die vervolgens worden opgenomen in het BIM model. Als BIM modelleur blijf jij betrokken bij het project en ben jij de persoon die kan toetsen en bijsturen. En het allermooiste? Jouw model wordt gebruikt op de bouwplaats en daar tot uitvoering gebracht. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Dit betreft een juniorfunctie. Een functie waar je on-the-job leert en de mogelijkheid krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen richting BIM coördinator. Wij vragen het volgende: - Een diploma mbo of hbo Bouwkunde (of een soortgelijke opleiding) - De mogelijkheid om te kunnen reizen - Ervaring met Revit en/of BIM is een grote pré Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau MBO Aanbod: - Een veelzijdige baan, betekent aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
