Breng gebouwen tot leven als Junior BIM Modelleur. Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je aan innovatieve bouwprojecten in een 3D-omgeving. Zet jouw creativiteit en technische kennis in om ontwerpen te realiseren die indruk maken. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je als Junior BIM Modelleur aan diverse woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten. Jij zet bouwkundige ontwerpen om naar nauwkeurige en informatieve 3D-modellen in Revit. Hierbij houd je rekening met bouwkundige kwaliteit, regelgeving en technische haalbaarheid. Je bent betrokken vanaf het voorlopig ontwerp tot en met de oplevering, en zorgt ervoor dat alle bouwinformatie helder en actueel beschikbaar is voor alle betrokken partijen. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met werkvoorbereiders, engineers en projectleiders. Samen zorg je ervoor dat het model altijd up-to-date is en dat alle technische informatie klopt. Je bewaakt de consistentie van het BIM-model en controleert de input van andere partijen, zoals installateurs en constructeurs. Dankzij jouw werk kan iedereen op de bouwplaats en in het projectteam efficiënt werken met betrouwbare gegevens. Naast modelleren heb je een actieve rol binnen het projectteam. Je denkt mee over slimme en duurzame oplossingen, toetst modellen op technische haalbaarheid en houdt contact met externe partijen. Regelmatig controleer je werktekeningen van onderaannemers en stem je deze af op het centrale model. Ook woon je bouwvergaderingen bij en bezoek je de bouwlocatie om het project in de praktijk te volgen en te toetsen aan het digitale model. Jouw werkzaamheden - Modelleren van bouwkundige ontwerpen in Revit; - Opstellen en beheren van aanvraag-, werk- en revisietekeningen; - Controleren van tekeningen van externe partijen; - Overleggen met projectteamleden over ontwerpkeuzes en technische details; - Aansluiten bij bouwvergaderingen en bezoeken van de bouwlocatie; - Bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van het BIM-proces.
