Ben jij een nauwkeurige BIM modelleur met een passie voor werktuigbouwkundige installaties? In deze functie werk je aan uitdagende utiliteitsprojecten, waarbij je slimme en betrouwbare 3D-modellen ontwikkelt die de basis vormen voor een succesvolle uitvoering. Je werkt samen met engineers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders aan duurzame en innovatieve projecten binnen onder andere de zorg, het onderwijs, de industrie en commercieel vastgoed. Wat ga je doen? Als BIM modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en beheren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties binnen uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de modellen technisch correct zijn en optimaal aansluiten op de uitvoering. - Je modelleert en detailleert werktuigbouwkundige installaties, zoals HVAC- en sanitaire systemen, in Revit; - Je vertaalt technische ontwerpen naar uitvoerbare BIM-modellen; - Je stemt modellen af met engineers, werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en andere disciplines; - Je signaleert clashes en verwerkt wijzigingen en optimalisaties in de modellen; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, actualiteit en consistentie van de BIM-modellen; - Je levert tijdig complete en correcte modellen op voor de uitvoering; - Je denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling, standaardisatie en digitalisering van BIM-processen.
