Achter de hulpverlening van Rode Kruis Vlaanderen schuilt een sterke en professionele ondersteunende organisatie. Ook een correcte boekhouding speelt daarin een cruciale rol. Daarom zoeken we een Junior Boekhouder die mee zorgt voor een vlotte financiële administratie en een kwaliteitsvolle ondersteuning van onze lokale afdelingen.

Ben je nauwkeurig, klantgericht en wil je je verder ontwikkelen binnen accountancy? Dan krijg je bij ons de kans om praktijkervaring op te bouwen, je boekhoudkundige kennis verder uit te breiden en door te groeien binnen een maatschappelijk relevante organisatie.

Functiebeschrijving

Als Junior Boekhouder maak je deel uit van het financiële team van Rode Kruis Vlaanderen. Je ondersteunt de boekhouders bij de dagelijkse werking en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze lokale afdelingen.

Een groot deel van je tijd gaat naar de financiële opvolging van zo'n 200 lokale Rode Kruisafdelingen, samen met je collega's. Dat betekent niet alleen facturen verwerken, maar ook veel contact hebben met vrijwilligers, vragen beantwoorden en administratieve ondersteuning bieden.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verwerkt en controleert inkomende facturen en onkostennota's op een correcte en nauwkeurige manier.
  • Je maakt uitgaande facturen op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je maakt betaalvoorstellen op en zorgt voor een correcte tijdige afhandeling.
  • Je ondersteunt de boekhouders tijdens jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je helpt mee bij de voorbereiding van subsidiedossiers en externe audits.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met vrijwilligers en penningmeesters van lokale afdelingen en beantwoordt hun vragen via mail en telefoon.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct worden voorbereid zodat de penningmeesters de boekhouding kunnen controleren en goedkeuren.
  • Je werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten en neemt bijkomende administratieve of boekhoudkundige opdrachten op wanneer nodig.
  • Heb je interesse in of ervaring met analytische boekhouding? Dan krijg je de kans om ook daarin geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Deze functie combineert dus het beste van twee werelden: enerzijds de nauwkeurigheid van boekhoudkundig werk, anderzijds het menselijke aspect van dienstverlening en ondersteuning.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring als hulpboekhouder.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je houdt ervan om dossiers correct af te werken en deadlines te respecteren.
  • Je communiceert graag met verschillende stakeholders en bent servicegericht ingesteld.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een functie waarin boekhouding en klantencontact hand in hand gaan.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende boekhoudingen.
  • Kennis of interesse in analytische boekhouding is een mooie plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
