Voor een gerenommeerde organisatie binnen de financiële dienstverlening zoeken we een Junior Boekhouder die klaar is voor een duurzame rol binnen een sterk en warm Finance team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Operationele boekhouding

  • Verwerken en controleren van inkomende leveranciersfacturen.
  • Beheren van onkostennota's en voorbereiden van betalingsbatches.
  • Verwerken van diverse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen zoals commerciële kortingen, afrekeningen en correcties.
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van bankverrichtingen.
  • Voorbereiding en verwerking van een beperkt aantal uitgaande facturen.

Maand- en jaarafsluiting

  • Ondersteunen van senior collega's bij de maandafsluiting, o.a. via opmaak van vaste activa fiches en voorbereidende boekingen.
  • Uitvoeren van interne controles op betalingen en tussenrekeningen.
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten in het kader van digitalisering en ERP-vernieuwingen.

Fiscale verplichtingen

  • Voorbereiden van fiscale aangiftes zoals btw, Intrastat, roerende voorheffing en beurstaks.
  • (De eindverantwoordelijkheid hiervoor ligt bij de ervaren collega's binnen het team.)

Specifieke processen

  • Operationele ondersteuning bij administratieve taken rond effectenportefeuilles (verwerking van obligatie-aankopen en -verkopen).

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een Bachelor accountancy & fiscaliteit en 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in financiële regelgeving en processen.
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt graag samen en stelt zaken kritisch in vraag.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een vaste functie op lange termijn binnen een stabiele organisatie.
