Krijg jij energie van bouwkosten, techniek en uitdagende bouwprojecten? Als Junior Bouweconomisch Adviseur krijg je inzicht in projecten van haalbaarheidsstudie tot oplevering. Je ontwikkelt je stap voor stap tot specialist in bouwkosten en bouweconomisch advies. Wat ga je doen?Als Junior Bouweconomisch Adviseur werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken rondom bouw- en investeringskosten. Je ondersteunt een ervaren projectleider en bent betrokken bij verschillende fasen van het ontwerp- en bouwproces. Daarbij analyseer je technische tekeningen, documentatie en specificaties om de juiste hoeveelheden te bepalen. Deze gegevens verwerk je nauwkeurig in begrotingsmodellen en bouwkostenramingen. Zo krijg je steeds meer inzicht in de financiële en technische kant van woningbouw- en utiliteitsbouwprojecten. Tijdens projecten denk je ook mee over haalbaarheid, duurzaamheid, opbrengsten en financiële risico's. Je leert hoe keuzes in ontwerp, materiaal en uitvoering invloed hebben op de totale bouwkosten. Naarmate je kennis groeit, stel je steeds zelfstandiger begrotingen en kostenramingen op. Je krijgt daardoor een brede kijk op calculatie, bouwkostenadvies en het volledige bouwproces. Uiteindelijk ontwikkel je je tot een bouweconomisch adviseur die opdrachtgevers helpt om onderbouwde financiële keuzes te maken. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je ondersteunt de projectleider bij bouwkostenvraagstukken en bouweconomische analyses; - Vanuit bouwtekeningen en technische documentatie bepaal je hoeveelheden voor bouwkostenramingen; - Je verwerkt hoeveelheden, prijzen en andere gegevens nauwkeurig in begrotingsmodellen; - Stap voor stap leer je zelfstandig begrotingen en kostenramingen op te stellen; - Je analyseert de financiële gevolgen van keuzes in ontwerp, materiaal en uitvoering; - Bij projecten denk je mee over haalbaarheid, duurzaamheid, investeringskosten en risico’s; - Je bouwt kennis op van technische specificaties en verschillende fasen van het bouwproces..
