- Starter Junior Bouwkundig Inspecteur - Vught - Starter - €2.900 - €3.850 Be a Hero Als Junior Bouwkundig Inspecteur leer je gebouwen systematisch te onderzoeken en de technische staat ervan in kaart te brengen. Je gaat regelmatig mee naar locaties en ontwikkelt steeds beter je bouwkundige blik. Je kijkt naar verschillende onderdelen van een gebouw en leert herkennen welke gebreken, onderhoudsbehoeften of aandachtspunten er zijn. Je legt jouw bevindingen zorgvuldig vast en verwerkt deze vervolgens in systemen en rapportages. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het opstellen van meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP/DMJOP). Hierin wordt vastgelegd welk onderhoud nodig is, wanneer dit uitgevoerd moet worden en welke kosten daarbij horen. Je leert technische observaties dus te vertalen naar een concreet en onderbouwd advies. In het begin werk je daarbij nauw samen met ervaren inspecteurs en adviseurs. Zij nemen je mee in de praktijk en leren je waar je op moet letten. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en voer je onderdelen van inspecties en projecten zelfstandiger uit. Je werkt niet alleen aan inspecties. Ook het verwerken en controleren van bouwkundige gegevens, het uitwerken van rapportages en het signaleren van bijzonderheden horen bij jouw werk.
