Als Junior Bouwkundig Inspecteur bij Provadi krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied bouwkundige inspecties, conditiemetingen en vastgoedadvies. Samen met ervaren collega's werk je aan uiteenlopende gebouwen en vastgoedportefeuilles en leer je hoe je technische bevindingen vertaalt naar praktisch onderhoudsadvies. Klinkt dit als jouw speelveld? Lees dan verder. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Bouwkundig Inspecteur werk je vanuit onze afdeling Inspectie & Advies aan uiteenlopende vastgoedvraagstukken in Nederland. Samen met ervaren collega's leer je hoe je gebouwen inspecteert, de technische staat beoordeelt en deze informatie vertaalt naar praktisch onderhoudsadvies. Je werkt mee aan projecten voor onder andere gemeenten, woningcorporaties en zorg- en onderwijsinstellingen. Daarbij krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen met conditiemetingen conform NEN 2767, vastgoedbeheer en meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP's). Stap voor stap groei je door van het ondersteunen bij inspecties naar het zelfstandig uitvoeren van inspecties en het opstellen van adviezen voor opdrachtgevers. Je houdt je bezig met: - Het ondersteunen bij bouwkundige inspecties en conditiemetingen conform NEN 2767; - Het inspecteren van uiteenlopende gebouwen, zoals scholen, gemeentehuizen, zorginstellingen en woningcorporatiebezit; - Het verzamelen, verwerken en analyseren van inspectiegegevens; - Het ondersteunen bij het opstellen van rapportages, onderhoudsadviezen en MJOP's; - Het signaleren van bouwkundige gebreken en onderhoudsrisico's; - Het leren beoordelen van de technische staat van gebouwen en bouwdelen; - Het samenwerken met ervaren inspecteurs, adviseurs en projectleiders; - Het ontwikkelen...
