Als Junior Bouwkundig Medewerker werk je nauw samen met de directie en ondersteun je bij de dagelijkse werking van het bedrijf. Je wordt intern opgeleid en krijgt de kans om stap voor stap ervaring op te doen.

Jouw taken

  • Ondersteunen van de directie bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Opvolgen van verschillende dossiers.
  • Opvolgen van afspraken, deadlines en actiepunten.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van vergaderingen.
  • Verwerken van documenten en administratieve taken.
  • Ondersteunen bij bouwkundige dossiers, plannen, offertes en meetstaten.
  • Contact onderhouden met collega's, klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Algemene administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning.
  • Meewerken aan de voorbereiding en opvolging van bouwprojecten.
  • Vertrouwelijke informatie correct en discreet behandelen.
  • Je bent net afgestudeerd in een bouwkundige richting of je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in de administratie.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor een interne opleiding.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je werkt graag samen met de directie en collega's.
  • Je communiceert vlot en neemt initiatief.
  • Je kunt verschillende taken en dossiers goed opvolgen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kunt goed overweg met MS Office, Outlook en Excel.
  • Kennis van Plenion en/of Octopus is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goede digitale kennis en leert nieuwe systemen snel.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, flexibel en stressbestendig.
  • Je kunt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
  • Je werkt discreet met vertrouwelijke informatie.
