Als Junior Bouwkundig Ontwerper werk je mee aan het ontwerpen van gebouwen in verschillende fases, van schetsontwerp tot uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, constructeurs en adviseurs om tot een goed eindresultaat te komen. Je krijgt de kans om te groeien in je vak en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Doorgroeien naar medior ontwerper of zelfs projectleider behoort tot de mogelijkheden, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en ontwikkeling. De organisatie investeert graag in je groei door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en begeleiding door ervaren collega's. Jouw taken: - Uitwerken van bouwkundige ontwerpen in verschillende projectfasen; - Maken van tekeningen en detailuitwerkingen in Revit of AutoCAD; - Afstemmen met architecten, constructeurs en installatie-adviseurs; - Controleren van tekeningen op uitvoerbaarheid en bouwregelgeving; - Bijdragen aan duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen; - Deelnemen aan ontwerpoverleggen en presentaties; - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van bestekken en werkomschrijvingen. Engineering, Technical, Mechanical Wat wij bieden: Je krijgt een salaris tussen de €3.200 en €4.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring en kennis.
