Als Junior Projectleider ben je de schakel tussen de tekentafel en de bouwplaats. Je ondersteunt de projectleider bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering van bouwprojecten. Je leert de kneepjes van het vak en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je groeit in je rol. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces: van het inkopen van materialen en het plannen van werkzaamheden tot het aansturen van onderaannemers en het bewaken van de kwaliteit. Je bent regelmatig op de bouwplaats te vinden, waar je de voortgang controleert en zorgt dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Daarnaast houd je nauw contact met opdrachtgevers, architecten en leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen op één lijn zit. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij de planning en voorbereiding van bouwprojecten; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats en aansturen van onderaannemers; - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering; - Inkopen van materialen en materieel en zorgen voor tijdige levering; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen; - Bijhouden van projectadministratie en rapporteren aan de projectleider; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen.

Wat deze functie zo aantrekkelijk maakt, is de ruimte die je krijgt om te leren en door te groeien. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectleiders die je begeleiden en coachen. Binnen twee tot drie jaar kun je doorgroeien naar een volwaardige projectleider, waarbij je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk bent voor complete projecten. Daarnaast biedt het bedrijf opleidingsmogelijkheden, zoals cursussen op het gebied van contractmanagement, planning en veiligheid. Je krijgt alle tools en ondersteuning die je nodig hebt om succesvol te zijn in deze rol.
