(Junior) Bouwtechnisch Inspecteur (32-40 uur) Als (Junior) Bouwtechnisch Inspecteur in Apeldoorn voer je zelfstandig bouwkundige inspecties, conditiemetingen volgens NEN 2767, rapportages en kostenramingen uit. Je stelt (D)MJOP's en onderhoudsplannen op en ondersteunt het team bij vastgoedbeheer en onderhoudsprojecten. Hiervoor heb je een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op mbo+ of hbo-niveau, enkele jaren ervaring en een VCA-certificaat of de bereidheid dit te halen. - 32 tot 40 uren per week - tussen €2600 en €3100 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Werk mee aan vastgoedonderhoud in een betrokken team. Als bouwtechnisch inspecteur voer je zelfstandig inspecties uit en stel je heldere onderhoudsplannen op. Je levert bouwkundige adviezen voor diverse vastgoedprojecten en draagt bij aan de ondersteuning van het beheer van vastgoedportefeuilles. 1 Dit ga je doen In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van bouwkundige inspecties aan verschillende vastgoedobjecten. Je stelt onderhoudsplannen en rapportages op, waarbij je oog hebt voor detail en kwaliteit. Met jouw bouwkundige kennis draag je bij aan het in stand houden en verbeteren van vastgoed. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het zelfstandig bezoeken van locaties om vastgoed te inspecteren. Je voert conditiemetingen uit, verwerkt de resultaten tot overzichtelijke rapportages en maakt kostenramingen. Ook ondersteun je het team bij (grootschalige) onderhoudsprojecten en lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan het beheer van vastgoedportefeuilles.
