* Die Erstellung von UVAs, Reportings, Einnahmen-Ausgaben-Rechnungen uvm.

* Digitale Tools erleichtern dir den Arbeitsalltag und sorgen für effiziente Prozesse

* Du stehst regelmäßig mit Klient:innen sowie Behörden und Ämtern im Austausch

Das bringst du mit

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK/HBLA)

* Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office; erste Erfahrungen mit BMD sind ein Vorteil

* Offenheit für digitale Tools und Interesse an modernen Arbeitsweisen

* Deutschkenntnisse Level C in Wort und Schrift, Englisch ist ein Plus

* Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und zuverlässig - und fragst bei Unklarheiten proaktiv nach

* Offener, serviceorientierter Umgang mit Klient:innen und Kolleg:innen und hast keine Scheu auch mal den Hörer in die Hand zu nehmen

* Du möchtest lernen und fachlich wachsen - wir zeigen dir, wie
