Junior Business Consultant Amsterdam 40 Uren Locatie : Amsterdam Leer de organisatie kennen Bij Good Company krijg je niet simpelweg een klantenlijst of een vastomlijnd takenpakket. Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen markt op te bouwen, relaties te ontwikkelen en kansen te creëren. Als Business Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen stukje business binnen Good Company. Je werkt met ambitieuze organisaties en professionals en brengt vraag en talent bij elkaar. Daarbij combineer je commercie, consultancy, klantcontact en ondernemerschap. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, maar ook veel verantwoordelijkheid. Juist dat maakt deze rol interessant voor iemand die graag zelf initiatief neemt, snel wil leren en energie krijgt van contact met mensen. Over de functie Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken bij je eigen klanten en opdrachten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het opbouwen en uitbreiden van je eigen klantenportefeuille; - contact leggen met nieuwe organisaties en commerciële kansen herkennen; - gesprekken voeren met klanten en meedenken over hun personeelsvraagstukken; - het zoeken, spreken en begeleiden van geschikte professionals; - het adviseren van zowel klanten als kandidaten; - onderhandelen en deals sluiten; - het volledige proces begeleiden: van eerste contact en intake tot plaatsing; - intensief samenwerken met je collega's. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde. Het ene moment ben je bezig met het binnenhalen van een nieuwe klant, het volgende moment voer je een gesprek met een kandidaat of denk je mee over hoe je jouw markt verder kunt ontwikkelen. Jouw kwaliteiten Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange commerciële ervaring te hebben. Veel belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, verantwoordelijkheid wilt pakken en zin hebt om jezelf snel te ontwikkelen.
