Die kennis gebruik je later om klanten zelf te begeleiden bij de implementatie van Transplan. Je begint op de supportafdeling. Daar leer je de applicatie van binnenuit kennen - elke vraag, elke eigenaardigheid, elk type klant komt voorbij. Die basis is geen omweg, het is de reden dat je daarna een consultant bent die weet waar hij het over heeft. Na dat eerste jaar groei je door naar de rol van Business Consultant: je gaat klantprocessen analyseren en implementatietrajecten begeleiden - eerst met een ervaren collega naast je, daarna zelfstandig. Wat ga je concreet doen? - Jaar 1 - klanten en applicatie leren kennen via support - Je beantwoordt klantvragen, lost meldingen op en bouwt zo grondige kennis op van Transplan en de mensen die ermee werken. - Klantprocessen doorgronden - Vanaf jaar 2 breng je in gesprek met de klant de werkwijze, knelpunten en doelen in kaart. - Ver...
