Jobomschrijving

Wat doe je precies als ... Junior Business Controller Als Junior Business Controller vertaal je cijfers en data naar duidelijke inzichten voor management en directie. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor een deel van de cijfers van de Acerta Groep en groeit uit tot een volwaardige financiële businesspartner voor een businessunit of shared service center.

  • Forecasts, budgetten en langetermijnplannen opstellen en afstemmen met management en directie.
  • Maandelijkse cijfers analyseren, afwijkingen onderzoeken en conclusies verwerken in heldere managementrapporteringen.
  • Budgetten, KPI’s en businessprojecten bewaken en mogelijke risico’s of knelpunten tijdig signaleren.
  • Businesscases uitwerken en beoordelen in het kader van vernieuwingsprojecten.
  • De betrouwbaarheid van data kritisch aftoetsen, verschillen doorgronden en het achterliggende verhaal overtuigend overbrengen.
  • Governanceafspraken bewaken, verbeteringen voorstellen en proactief zoeken naar efficiëntiewinsten en besparingen.

Iets voor jou?

  • Bij voorkeur een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting, of een bachelor met aantoonbaar potentieel en sterk financieel inzicht.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring in controlling, audit, boekhouding of financiële analyse, gecombineerd met de ambitie om een volgende stap te zetten.
  • Een analytische, nauwgezette en kritische blik, met de drive om cijfers en onvolledige data te doorgronden en complexe inzichten helder uit te leggen. Vlotte kennis van Excel is belangrijk; ervaring met SAP of CCH Tagetik vormt een troef.
  • Overtuigende en bondige communicatie in het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede praktische kennis van het Frans. Een proactieve houding en flexibiliteit tijdens drukke afsluit- en budgetperiodes maken het profiel compleet.
