Als Junior Business Controller versterk je het financiële team van een internationale voedingsgroep met een uitgebreid aanbod aan kaasspecialiteiten. Je komt terecht in een organisatie met een familiale en ondernemende cultuur, waar kwaliteit en innovatie centraal staan.

Je ondersteunt de maandafsluiting, financiële rapportering en budgettering van de commerciële divisie. Daarnaast analyseer je resultaten en rendabiliteit, ontwikkel je dashboards en help je financiële tools en interne procedures te verbeteren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Meewerken aan de maandelijkse afsluitingsprocessen.
  • Ondersteunen van een correcte en tijdige rapportering van de resultaten.
  • Bijdragen aan de consolidatie van financiële gegevens.
  • Voorbereiden van rapporteringen voor de lokale entiteit en het hoofdkantoor in Parijs.
  • Uitvoeren van afwijkingsanalyses en toelichten van de resultaten.
  • Meewerken aan budgetramingen voor de commerciële divisie.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van langetermijnplannen en herziene budgetten.
  • Centraliseren van verkoopprognoses.
  • Opstellen van relevante KPI’s.
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van tools voor business controlling.
  • Mee bewaken van de goede werking van informatiesystemen zoals BusinessObjects, BI en SAP.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hocanalyses.
  • Analyseren van de rendabiliteit per verkoopnetwerk en productfamilie.
  • Ontwikkelen van dashboards.
  • Verbeteren en vereenvoudigen van interne procedures.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in finance, accountancy, economie of bedrijfskunde vormt je opleidingsbasis.
  • Twee tot drie jaar ervaring binnen controlling, FP&A, finance of audit is vereist.
  • Excel beheers je op een gevorderd niveau.
  • Kennis van systemen zoals SAP en Power BI ondersteunt je dagelijkse werk.
  • Ervaring met Anaplan vormt een pluspunt.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Engels is noodzakelijk.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands biedt een meerwaarde.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en tijdige rapportering staan centraal in je aanpak.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden helpen je om gegevens te interpreteren en resultaten helder samen te vatten.
  • Problemen benader je gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt vlot samen met collega’s.
  • Teamspirit en nieuwsgierigheid kenmerken je ingesteldheid.
  • Organiseren, structureren en prioriteiten stellen gaan je goed af.
  • Een kritische en zorgvuldige blik helpt je om betrouwbare analyses op te leveren.
