Ben jij analytisch sterk, gepassioneerd door cijfers en wil je mee impact maken op de prestaties van een onderneming? Dan is deze functie als Junior Business Controller jouw kans om een sleutelrol op te nemen binnen een groeiende internationale organisatie.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je financiële analyse, rapportering en business partnering. Je denkt mee over optimalisaties, ondersteunt strategische beslissingen en helpt de organisatie efficiënter en sterker te maken.

Als Junior Business Controller ben je de verbindende schakel tussen Finance, Operations en Sales. Je analyseert bedrijfsresultaten, ondersteunt de besluitvorming en zet data om in waardevolle inzichten.

Jouw taken:

  • Verzorgen van de maandelijkse facturatie.
  • Analyseren van marges, rendementen en operationele prestaties.
  • Uitwerken van profitability-analyses en het vertalen van cijfers naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Vergelijken van budgetten met gerealiseerde resultaten en het onderzoeken van afwijkingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij budget- en forecastprocessen.
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie.
  • Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van managementrapporteringen en dashboards.
  • Waken over de kwaliteit van data en rapporteringen.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en optimaliseren van werkprocessen.
  • Bijdragen aan digitalisatie- en automatiseringsprojecten.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses ter ondersteuning van management en finance. Je komt terecht in volgend team: finance manager, 2 credit controllers, accountant en administratief boekhoudkundig bediende + nauwe samenwerking met het BI team.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen controlling, finance of business analyse.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers en begrijpt de impact op de business.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen of Microsoft Business Central is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit.
