Groeien op jouw tempo Je start als Junior Business Developer en ontwikkelt jezelf stap voor stap tot volwaardig Recruitment Business Partner. Hoe snel je die stappen zet, hangt af van jouw ontwikkeling en tempo. Het vak leren Recruitment is een vak en bij LEF krijg je de kans om je hierin te bekwamen. Je wordt begeleid door Carlo van Doorn en werkt samen met de ervaren collega's. Jouw baan als Junior Business Developer Als Junior Business Developer zorg jij dat nieuwe bedrijven LEF leren kennen. Je zoekt interessante organisaties, legt contact en werkt toe naar een eerste kennismaking. Daarbij draait het niet om zoveel mogelijk telefoontjes plegen, maar om ontdekken waar kansen liggen en relaties opbouwen. Je wordt begeleid door Carlo van Doorn en werkt samen met de ervaren collega's. Recruitment is een vak en dat gaan wij je leren. Je start met het vinden en bouwen van relaties en krijgt stap voor stap meer mee van klantgesprekken, vacatures en kandidaten. Op jouw tempo groei je door tot volwaardig Recruitment Business Partner die klanten, vacatures en kandidaten zelfstandig begeleidt volgens de kwaliteitsnormen van LEF. Dit ga je doen: - Je zoekt bedrijven die bij LEF passen en benadert de juiste mensen via telefoon, LinkedIn en andere kanalen. - Je maakt potentiële relaties nieuwsgierig naar LEF en zorgt dat een eerste kennismaking wordt ingepland. - Relaties ontmoeten Je gaat mee naar bedrijven en netwerkbijeenkomsten en leert hoe je contacten legt en relaties verder uitbouwt. - Zichtbaarheid vergroten Je denkt mee over acties waarmee LEF zichtbaar wordt bij potentiële relaties e...
