The posting

Bij de Nationale Bank van België (NBB) worden binnen het departement Beheer microdata de microdata voor de Bank verzameld en gevalideerd. Het is de dienst Data Systems and Exchange die de gegevens verspreid en de juiste tools ter beschikking stelt.

De afdeling Systems & Support staat in voor de toepassing van de tools en vormt de schakel tussen de operationele entiteiten en IT. Ze biedt gebruikersondersteuning voor de verzamelings- en valideringsinstrumenten en beheert de toegangen tot de applicaties en gegevens. Ze ziet toe op een voortdurende verbetering van de diensten en coördineert de technische documentatie.

De sectie Support lost de dagelijkse problemen met de applicaties op, test de nieuwe applicaties, beheert de nodige toegangen en ondersteunt de business analisten van het departement in hun functie. Het is in deze sectie dat een vacature beschikbaar is.

Jobomschrijving

  • je volgt de operationele problemen van de applicaties die in het departement worden gebruikt, zoals CBSO, CAP, BECRIS, ITGS, FDI, OneGate, MDM, ... en de daarmee verbonden webservices
  • je beheert de toegangen voor het departement
  • je kan op een onafhankelijk wijze oplossingen kunnen implementeren via mini-projecten in Power BI, Power Automate, Databricks, enz.
  • je voert gebruikerstesten uit en geeft feedback
  • je draagt bij aan het opstellen en bijwerken van de documentatie over de applicaties
  • je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma in IT of gelijkaardig
  • je bent nauwkeurig in het uitvoeren van je taken en je komt deadlines na
  • je bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in een team te werken
  • kennis van zowel Power BI, Confluence, Databricks en Jira als de XML- en de SQL-taal is een troef
  • je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans (niveau B2) en je hebt een gemiddelde kennis van het Engels (niveau B1)
