Jouw taken: Als junior business manager richt je je op het verbeteren van prestaties en het creëren van kansen voor verdere groei. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op verschillende locaties, waar je medewerkers ondersteunt, processen optimaliseert en kansen in de markt signaleert. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij het ontwikkelen van talent en het versterken van de samenwerking tussen teams. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - Het ondersteunen van managers bij het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen; - Het identificeren van groeikansen binnen bestaande vestigingen; - Het begeleiden van medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling; - Het monitoren van resultaten en prestaties; - Het meedenken over strategieën voor verdere uitbreiding; - Het onderhouden van relaties met interne stakeholders; - Het initiëren en begeleiden van verbetertrajecten.
