Junior Business Projectmanager Bouw mee aan organisatiebrede projecten - Landelijk - WO - 40 uur Functieprofiel Als Junior Business Projectmanager bij Rhenus Logistics krijg je de kans om jezelf in korte tijd te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen een internationale logistieke organisatie. Geen klassiek traineeship of startersfunctie, maar een rol waarin je vanaf dag één verantwoordelijkheid krijgt voor organisatiebrede projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met directie en management en krijgt de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan vraagstukken die direct invloed hebben op de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. De projecten zijn uiteenlopend en raken verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie. Van procesoptimalisaties en digitaliseringsvraagstukken tot organisatieveranderingen, implementaties en nieuwbouwtrajecten. In iedere opdracht analyseer je de situatie, bereid je projecten voor, coördineer je de uitvoering en zorg je ervoor dat plannen daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Hierdoor bouw je niet alleen projectervaring op, maar leer je de organisatie in korte tijd van binnen en van buiten kennen. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om projecten zelfstandig op te pakken, terwijl je intensief samenwerkt met directie en management. Daardoor bouw je in korte tijd een breed inzicht op in de organisatie en ontwikkel je jezelf tot een volwaardig gesprekspartner op verschillende niveaus.
