Your job

Sta jij op het punt om af te studeren in een communicatie of administratieve richting en woon je in Gent, Sint-Niklaas, Aalst of Oost-Vlaanderen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor onze divisie United Business Support zoeken we enthousiaste recent afgestudeerden die hun carrière willen starten als consultant.

Bij ons krijg je de unieke kans om je diploma meteen in de praktijk te brengen bij diverse klanten en sectoren. Je werkt operationeel mee binnen een bedrijf, waardoor je waardevolle ervaring opdoet en ontdekt waar jouw talenten het best tot hun recht komen.

Als Business Support Consultant ga je bij één van onze klanten administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het management bij dagdagelijkse operationele activiteiten. Je staat klanten zowel telefonisch als per mail te woord en verwijst ze door naar de juiste afdeling. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende back office taken, zoals het opstellen van offertes & contracten, opmaken van facturen, het invoeren van data en het beheren van bedrijfsdossiers.

Kortom, een afwisselende functie waarin je jouw organisatorische en communicatieve skills én servicegerichte mindset volledig kunt benutten!

Your Skills

  • Je behaalde net je bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt idealiter een relevante stage of studentenjob achter de rug.
  • Je haalt energie uit administratieve taken. Het typeert je dat je gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werkt.
  • Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten via mail en telefoon. Het geeft jou voldoening om hen goed en efficiënt voort te helpen.
  • Consultants, die zijn open-minded. Je bent flexibel en gedreven om elke dag bij te leren en diverse ervaringen op te doen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B, waardoor je jezelf makkelijk kan verplaatsen naar onze projecten.
