Je hoeft nog geen calculator te zijn om er één te worden. Als Junior Calculator Bouw leer je hoe je bouwtekeningen, materialen en prijzen vertaalt naar een sterke kostprijs. Je krijgt goede begeleiding, bezoekt echte bouwprojecten en groeit stap voor stap naar zelfstandig calculator. Wat ga je doen?Een appartementencomplex of nieuwe woonwijk begint lang voordat de eerste paal de grond in gaat. Als Junior Calculator Bouw voor onze opdrachtgever leer jij bepalen wat nodig is om zo'n bouwplan technisch én financieel haalbaar te maken. Je duikt in bouwtekeningen, materialen en hoeveelheden en helpt bij het opstellen van ramingen, calculaties en kostprijsbegrotingen. Ervaren calculators nemen je mee in het vak en laten zien waar je bij een goede berekening op moet letten. Zo ontdek je steeds beter hoe keuzes op papier invloed hebben op de kosten en uitvoering buiten. Calculeren leer je hier bovendien niet alleen achter je scherm. Je gaat mee naar projectlocaties en krijgt daardoor steeds meer gevoel voor materialen, bouwmethodes en het bouwproces. Je werkt aan woningbouw, renovatie, herbestemming en verduurzaming en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen berekeningen. Daarbij heb je contact met specialisten uit prijsvorming, planontwikkeling en planvoorbereiding. Het doel is duidelijk: uitgroeien tot een calculator die zelfstandig bouwprojecten kan doorrekenen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Leren opstellen van ramingen, calculaties en kostprijsbegrotingen voor bouwprojecten; - Bestuderen van bouwtekeningen, technische informatie en projectplannen; - Uittrekken en controleren van hoeveelheden, materialen en bouwkosten; - Opvragen en vergelijken van prijzen en offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Meedenken over slimme, betaalbare en uitvoerbare bouwoplossingen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen, risico’s en kansen binnen een calculatie; - Meegaan naar projectlocaties om de praktijk achter jouw berekeningen te leren kennen; - Ondersteunen bij de prijsvorming v.
