Vanwege de aanstaande pensioenering van twee zeer ervaren collega's is deze opdrachtgever ter versterking van het team op zoek naar een leergierige Junior Calculator GWW. Gezien de samenstelling van het huidige team is een passie voor cijfers in combinatie met de wil om het vak tot in de puntjes te leren essentieel. Als Junior Calculator GWW bij dit bedrijf zullen je taken onder andere bestaan uit: - Bestekken en tekeningen ontleden: Het grondig bestuderen van RAW-bestekken en ontwerptekeningen om alle relevante projectinformatie te verzamelen. - Hoeveelheden uittrekken: Het exact berekenen van wat er nodig is aan grondverzet, asfalt, riolering en straatwerk. - Scherpe offertes opstellen: Het opvragen en vergelijken van prijzen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers voor een nauwkeurige kostprijsberekening. - Locatiebezoeken: Regelmatig op pad gaan om werklocaties buiten op te nemen en de situatie in het veld goed in te schatten. - Kennisoverdracht: Intensief samenwerken met de twee senior calculatoren om alle kneepjes van het vak direct in de praktijk te leren.
