Je begint met ondersteunen en groeit steeds verder richting het zelfstandig calculeren van infraprojecten. • Begrotingen opbouwen: je leert wat materiaal, materieel, mensen en onderaannemers binnen een project kosten. • Hoeveelheden bepalen: je haalt uit tekeningen en bestekken wat daadwerkelijk nodig is voor de uitvoering. • Offertes aanvragen: je schakelt met leveranciers en onderaannemers om actuele prijzen boven tafel te krijgen. • Prijzen vergelijken: je beoordeelt aanbiedingen op kosten, inhoud en technische toepasbaarheid. • Projecten analyseren: je ontdekt waar kansen, aandachtspunten en mogelijke financiële risico's zitten. • Werkmethodes doorrekenen: je onderzoekt welke uitvoeringsaanpak technisch én financieel interessant is. • Tenders ondersteunen: je helpt ervaren collega's bij het voorbereiden van aanbestedingen en aanbiedingen. • RAW leren kennen: je bouwt stap voor stap kennis op van bestekken, contractstukken en civiele afspraken.

Functie-eisen: Ervaring als Calculator is niet nodig. We zoeken juist iemand die het vak wil leren en een goede technische basis meebrengt. Heb je tijdens een stage al kennisgemaakt met calculatie, werkvoorbereiding of uitvoering? Mooi meegenomen, maar ook rechtstreeks vanuit school ben je welkom. • Technische opleiding: MBO 4 of HBO richting Civiele Techniek, Infratechniek, GWW of vergelijkbaar. • Starter: je bent net afgestudeerd of hebt maximaal enkele jaren relevante ervaring. • Cijfermatig sterk: kosten, hoeveelheden en technische gegevens uitpluizen past bij jou. • Technisch nieuwsgierig: je wilt begrijpen hoe een project buiten daadwerkelijk wordt gemaakt. • Nauwkeurig: je werkt zorgvuldig, omdat een kleine afwijking in een begroting grote gevolgen kan hebben. • Communicatief: je durft vragen te stellen en schakelt makkelijk met collega's, leveranciers en onderaannemers. • Gretig om te leren: RAW, contractvormen en calculatiesystemen hoef je nog niet volledig te beheersen, zolang je ze maar wilt leren.
