In deze functie krijg je de kans om een vak te leren waarin je dagelijks impact maakt op het leven van werknemers én werkgevers. Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen. Met een uitgebreid opleidingstraject, coaching door ervaren collega's en duidelijke begeleiding ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap tot een professionele casemanager. Je leert hoe je regie voert over verzuimtrajecten, complexe situaties in beweging brengt en werkgevers ondersteunt bij het beperken van de impact van verzuim. Deze functie biedt een uitstekende mogelijkheid om jouw carrière een vliegende start te geven binnen een dynamische en maatschappelijk relevante werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Casemanager Verzuim ben jij de regisseur van het verzuimproces. Je bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers, adviseert werkgevers en stimuleert werknemers richting een duurzame terugkeer naar werk. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Het begeleiden en bewaken van verzuimtrajecten van werknemers. • Het bepalen van de juiste koers binnen het verzuimproces, samen met werkgevers en werknemers. • Het inzetten en monitoren van passende interventies om herstel te bevorderen. • Het adviseren van werkgevers over sociale zekerheid, schadelastbeheersing en verzuimvraagstukken. • Het onderhouden van contact met werknemers en het motiveren en activeren tijdens het re-integratieproces. • Het signaleren van stagnatie en het bespreekbaar maken van lastige situaties wanneer dat nodig is. • Het samenwerken met bedrijfsartsen, arbeidsdeskundigen en andere betrokken professionals. • Het afstemmen met re-integratiecoaches en bepalen wanneer ...
