Bij Arbo Andersom Denken / Everybody Works zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ondernemende Junior Casemanager Verzuim & Re-integratie die ons team fulltime komt versterken. - 40 uur per week - Badhoevedorp Onderdeel van: Everybody Works Logo Je werkt vanuit ons goed bereikbare kantoor in Badhoevedorp en krijgt een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse begeleiding van verzuimdossiers, het onderhouden van klantcontacten en het ondersteunen van werkgevers en werknemers. Wij zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, nauwkeurig werkt en vooral enthousiast wordt van het oplossen van problemen. Ervaring is welkom, maar jouw instelling, communicatieve vaardigheden en leergierigheid vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk. Wat ga je doen Als junior casemanager ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen onze arbodienstverlening. Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren senior casemanager, de directie en onze externe specialisten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dossierbeheer: aanmaken, actualiseren en zorgvuldig beheren van verzuim- en re-integratiedossiers. - Klantcontact: telefonisch en schriftelijk communiceren met werkgevers, werknemers en betrokken specialisten. - Procesbewaking: opvolgen van afspraken, bewaken van wettelijke termijnen en signaleren van noodzakelijke vervolgstappen. - Consultplanning: organiseren en coördineren van afspraken met bedrijfsartsen en andere deskundigen. - Re-integratieondersteuning: opvolgen van adviezen en ondersteunen bij het organiseren van passende vervolgstappen. - Signaleren van knelpunten: tijdig herkennen wanneer een dossier extra aandacht nodig heeft en dit bespreken met de senior casemanager. - Commercieel meedenken: kan...
