The posting

Voor een internationale speler binnen transport en logistiek, regio Kortrijk, zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Claims om het team te versterken.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om je te verdiepen in schadebeheer binnen de transportsector.

Ervaring is niet nodig, een goede administratieve basis, een analytische ingesteldheid en vooral veel goesting om bij te leren zijn belangrijker!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Junior Claims ondersteun je het team bij de behandeling en administratieve opvolging van kleinere schadedossiers.

  • Je registreert en volgt claims en schadedossiers administratief op van A tot Z.
  • Je verzamelt de nodige informatie, documenten en bewijsstukken om een dossier volledig te maken.
  • Je analyseert de beschikbare informatie en brengt de situatie rond een schadegeval duidelijk in kaart.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens en documenten nauwkeurig in de daarvoor voorziene systemen.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van lopende dossiers op en bewaakt de nodige deadlines.

Wie zoeken we?

We zijn vooral op zoek naar iemand die leergierig is en interesse heeft om zich in schadebeheer te verdiepen.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie. Ervaring binnen transport en logistiek is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ook met een eerste ervaring binnen een verzekeringskantoor of in schadebeheer kom je zeker in aanmerking.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kunt informatie uit verschillende bronnen samenbrengen.
  • Een eerste kennis van transport, verzekeringen of claims is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
