Job description Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Je opent, analyseert en behandelt schadedossiers van A tot Z. - Je verzamelt en controleert de nodige documenten en informatie, zoals CMR-vrachtbrieven, facturen, schadebewijzen en andere relevante dossierstukken. - Je onderzoekt de omstandigheden en oorzaak van schade en brengt de mogelijke aansprakelijkheid in kaart. - Je beoordeelt dossiers aan de hand van de toepasselijke CMR-regelgeving, verzekeringsvoorwaarden en Incoterms - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, verzekeraars, experten en andere betrokken partijen. - Je volgt schadeclaims actief op en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling. - Je bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers en onderneemt de nodige acties om tot een oplossing te komen. - Je registreert en documenteert alle relevante informatie en communicatie in het dossier. - Je werkt nauw samen met de claims advisor en bouwt geleidelijk expertise op in transportverzekeringen, CMR en schadebeheer. Profile Wie ben jij? - Je bent nauwkeurig en administratief sterk. - Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt graag gestructureerd. - Je bent communicatief en vindt het fijn om contacten te onderhouden met verschillende partijen. - Je bent stressbestendig en kan verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd opvolgen. - Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in verzekeringen en schadebeheer. - Een eerste ervaring binnen verzekeringen, schadebeheer, administratie of customer service is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. - Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt. - Je bent bereid om je verder te verdiepen in de wereld van claims en transportverzekeringen.
