Wil jij technisch meedenken over hoe CNC-productie slimmer, nauwkeuriger en efficiënter kan verlopen?

In de regio Waregem kom je terecht bij een familiaal metaalbewerkingsbedrijf met drie generaties ervaring in maatwerk en kleine series. Je werkt samen met een team van een twintigtal collega’s in een omgeving waar moderne CNC-machines en vakkennis hand in hand gaan.

Binnen deze rol ga je verder dan enkel programmeren of uitvoeren: je denkt mee over bewerkingsstrategieën, optimaliseert processen en vertaalt technische tekeningen naar een doordachte productieaanpak.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je analyseert technische tekeningen en vertaalt deze naar een efficiënte CNC-aanpak voor productie
  • CNC-programma’s stel je op, optimaliseer je en voer je uit voor zowel draaibewerkingen als freeswerk
  • Ook denk je actief mee over de juiste bewerkingsstrategie, gereedschappen en opspanningen
  • Je volgt het volledige productieproces op, van voorbereiding tot afgewerkt stuk, met oog voor kwaliteit en optimalisatie
  • Tot slot beweeg je flexibel binnen de werkplaats en ondersteun je collega’s bij technische vraagstukken waar nodig
  • Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting (mechanica, elektromechanica, productie- of werktuigbouwkunde) of bent een ervaren CNC-operator of -bewerker
  • Ook pas afgestudeerden zijn welkom, zolang je beschikt over een sterke basis in metaalbewerking en CNC-technieken
  • Je hebt een analytische mindset en denkt graag mee over technische optimalisaties en procesverbetering
