Voor een sterke speler binnen de verzekeringswereld zoeken we een communicatieve en leergierige commercieel adviseur. Je krijgt de kans om klanten te begeleiden, oplossingen op maat voor te stellen en stap voor stap uit te groeien tot een expert binnen verzekeringen.

Als commercieel adviseur beheer je je eigen klantenportefeuille en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen rond particuliere verzekeringen. Denk hierbij aan auto-, woning-, reis-, pech- en dierenverzekeringen.

Je combineert klantgericht advies met commerciële flair. Tijdens elk contact luister je naar de noden van de klant, analyseer je hun situatie en stel je oplossingen voor die echt passen. Daarnaast herken je commerciële kansen en durf je bijkomende producten of diensten op een natuurlijke manier voor te stellen.

Je staat klanten te woord via telefoon, mail, chat en digitale tools. Dankzij intensieve opleidingen en coaching bouw je stap voor stap je kennis op en groei je uit tot een sterke gesprekspartner voor je klanten

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag met mensen in contact staat en energie haalt uit service én resultaat. Communicatief sterk, leergierig en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn hierbij belangrijk, net als een teamgerichte ingesteldheid.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral motivatie, commerciële feeling en zin om te groeien maken het verschil. Digitale tools worden snel aangeleerd en via opleidingen kan de verzekeringskennis stap voor stap verder worden uitgebouwd.
