Wil je je carrière starten binnen bank & verzekeringen en zoek je een functie waarin klantencontact, advies en commercieel denken samenkomen?

Voor een sterk project in Brussel zoeken we gemotiveerde junior profielen die graag met mensen werken en zich verder willen ontwikkelen binnen een professionele en commerciële omgeving.

Ervaring binnen verzekeringen is geen must. Je krijgt de nodige opleiding en begeleiding om stap voor stap je productkennis en commerciële vaardigheden op te bouwen.

Jouw functie

Als Junior Commercieel Klantenadviseur begeleid je klanten op afstand, analyseer je hun behoeften en geef je persoonlijk advies.

Je werkt voornamelijk met bestaande klanten en warme leads: klanten die bijvoorbeeld online al interesse hebben getoond in een verzekeringsproduct. Het gaat dus niet om koude prospectie.

Concreet:

  • Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en geeft gericht en persoonlijk advies
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij het kiezen van passende verzekeringsoplossingen
  • Je maakt commerciële offertes op, licht deze duidelijk toe en volgt ze verder op
  • Je beantwoordt vragen en zorgt voor een professionele en klantgerichte service
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging
  • Je herkent commerciële opportuniteiten en stelt waar relevant aanvullende oplossingen voor
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van aanvragen en dossiers

Telefonisch klantencontact maakt deel uit van de functie, steeds vanuit een adviserende, klantgerichte en commerciële rol.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag met mensen in contact staat en energie haalt uit klanten helpen, adviseren én commerciële resultaten behalen.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral motivatie, commerciële feeling en zin om te groeien maken het verschil.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans – je hoeft niet perfect tweetalig te zijn
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en sociaal ingesteld
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in telefonisch klantencontact
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en durft klanten te adviseren én overtuigen
  • Starters en juniors zijn van harte welkom
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse om je te verdiepen in bank & verzekeringen
  • Je bent een teamplayer en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en leert snel nieuwe systemen kennen
  • Je zoekt een functie waarin je je op lange termijn kunt ontwikkelen
