Van dumbbells en halterbanken tot complete homegyms en professionele fitnessinrichtingen: wij helpen dagelijks klanten bij het maken van de juiste keuze. Voor onze binnendienst zoeken wij een collega die klanten helpt met advies over fitnessapparatuur, servicevragen afhandelt en bijdraagt aan het beheer van onze webshop en showroom. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Commercieel Medewerker Fitness & E-commerce ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je beantwoordt e-mails, telefoontjes en andere klantvragen en helpt klanten bij het vinden van de juiste producten en oplossingen. Daarnaast ondersteun je het verkoopproces, onderhoud je contact met leveranciers en zorg je ervoor dat vragen, bestellingen en serviceverzoeken correct worden afgehandeld.
