The posting

Bij een internationaal werkend familiebedrijf in Bunschoten-Spakenburg dat HVAC-installaties voor schepen realiseert, zorg je dat systemen correct functioneren voordat ze worden overgedragen. Als Junior Commissioning Engineer test, controleer en regel je installaties in op locatie. Je gebruikt technische tekeningen om de uitvoering te beoordelen en werkt toe naar een zorgvuldig onderbouwde oplevering. Daarbij komen klimaattechniek, besturingstechniek en meet- en regeltechniek samen. Zodra de monteurs hun werkzaamheden hebben afgerond, pak je het testen en opstarten van de systemen op. Je beoordeelt de installatie, stelt instellingen bij en legt testresultaten vast voor de oplevering. Je stemt bevindingen af met monteurs en andere betrokkenen en begeleidt keuringen. Omdat de installaties wereldwijd worden gebouwd, werk je regelmatig in het buitenland. In de praktijk verdiep je je verder in HVAC, PLC-besturingen en het effect van regelinstellingen op de werking van complete installaties. Functie-inhoud - Visueel beoordelen of HVAC-installaties correct zijn geplaatst aan de hand van technische tekeningen - Installaties controleren, inregelen en waar nodig aanpassen of bijstellen - Systemen opstarten en functionele tests en eindcontroles uitvoeren - Technische bevindingen afstemmen met monteurs en betrokkenen bij de oplevering - Keuringen begeleiden en testresultaten verwerken in opleveringsrapportages - Inbedrijfstellingen uitvoeren op projectlocaties in binnen- en buitenland Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een mbo-4-diploma in een technische richting - Kennis van HVAC, PLC's en meet- en regeltechniek is een pre - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal - Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en zoekt waar nodig samenwerking - Je bent klantgericht, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt mee over procesverbetering - Je bent flexibel en bereid regelmatig in het buitenland te werken Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.990 en € 4.933 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
