Als junior communicatieadviseur bij Interzorg werk je in een klein communicatieteam aan interne en externe communicatie, projecten en campagnes, met content en social media als aandachtsgebied. Dit ga je doen De ene dag maak je content voor onze kanalen, de andere dag werk je mee aan een campagne of communicatieproject. Je zoekt collega's actief op, bent regelmatig op onze locaties te vinden en volgt wat er binnen Interzorg speelt. Je wacht niet tot een verhaal of communicatievraag bij jou terechtkomt, maar gaat er zelf naar op zoek. Of het nu gaat om een cliëntverhaal, een socialmediapost, een campagne of een verandertraject: jij weet hoe je communicatie begrijpelijk, aantrekkelijk en effectief maakt. Dit ben jij Jij bent nieuwsgierig naar wat er binnen én buiten de organisatie gebeurt en legt makkelijk contact met verschillende mensen. Je vindt het leuk om ergens in te duiken, vragen te stellen en vervolgens zelf aan de slag te gaan. Je houdt van afwisseling en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende werkzaamheden die naast elkaar lopen. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en schakelt makkelijk als er tussendoor iets verandert. Daarnaast heb je: - een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Communicatie; - al werkervaring opgedaan binnen communicatie of marketingcommunicatie (liefst minimaal 2 jaar); - een vlotte pen en schrijf je helder en toegankelijk voor verschillende doelgroepen; - ervaring met social media, Canva, AI-tools en een CMS; - affiniteit met contentcreatie, storytelling en communicatieprojecten.
