Vacature Junior consultant financiën en productontwikkeling - HBO & WO - Junior - Bedrijfsvoering Wat ga je doen als junior consultant financiën en productontwikkeling? De missie van NCOD is om Nederland elke dag mooier te maken door te bouwen aan betere dienstverlening en sterke publieke organisaties. Binnen onze Marktgroep Bedrijfsvoering, team financiën werken we aan de ontwikkeling van een product- en adviesportfolio die de financials bij onze klanten écht verder helpen in hun werk. Denk hierbij aan financiële analyseproducten en AI toepassingen, maar ook aan de doorontwikkeling van een divers aanbod van adviesproducten op het snijvlak van financiën en bedrijfsvoering. In deze functie ondersteun je onze senior adviseurs bij het uitwerken, ontwikkelen en naar de markt brengen van deze producten. Je werk is heel divers, waardoor geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is. Je vindt het leuk om zelfstandig te werken, je te verdiepen in diverse onderwerpen binnen de gemeentefinanciën en de opgedane kennis om te zetten in bijvoorbeeld bruikbare analyseproducten. Je weet de behoefte van klanten in combinatie met je kennis over de publieke sector en overheidsfinanciën te vertalen in bruikbare producten. Je maakt daarbij gebruik van informatie op internet en openbare bronnen, maar zoekt ook proactief je collega's op om met hen te sparren. Vervolgens weet jij de ontwikkelde producten succesvol op de markt te zetten bij (potentiële) klanten, door bijvoorbeeld het geven van demo's en webinars. Op deze manier bouw je samen met je collega's actief mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons team en onze productportfolio. Om een vliegende start te maken met je eigen ontwikkeling werk je nauw samen met onze senior adviseurs van het team financiën. Zij nemen je mee naar hun opdrachtgevers binnen de lokale overheid waardoor je in korte tijd veel leert over gemeentefinanciën en het brede vlak van bedrijfsvoering, maar ook over werken in een politiek bestu...
