Stellenbeschreibung Du bist lösungsorientiert, kreativ und auf der Suche nach neuen Herausforderungen in der Bankenindustrie? Du möchtest gemeinsam mit unserem Team an innovativen Beratungs- und Lösungsansätzen arbeiten und den Banken helfen, ihre Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation sowie ihre Compliance- und Risikokultur zu optimieren? Du möchtest komplexe aufsichtsrechtliche Vorgaben in praxistaugliche Handlungsempfehlungen umsetzen?

Was dich erwartet: * Hands-on-Einstieg: Du berätst führende nationale und internationale Banken bei der organisatorischen und prozessualen Weiterentwicklung vom Corporate Governance Systemen. * Optimierung: Du analysierst, bewertest und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse und Kontrollen und unterstützt bei der Identifizierung von Prozess- und Verhaltensrisiken sowie der Transformation der Compliance- und Risikokultur. * Innovation: Du begleitest aktiv die Entwicklung und Einführung von neuen Technologien sowie die Konzeption von individuellen Lösungen in der Compliance, Risiko- und Revisionsfunktion (z.B. durch Einsatz agiler und AI-basierter Verfahren). * Vielfalt: Neben deiner aktiven Rolle in Beratungsprojekten unterstützt du auch in der Planung und Durchführung von internen Revisionsprojekten und bei Akquisitionstätigkeiten durch Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen. * Teamwork: Du bist Teil eines dynamischen Teams motivierter Expertinnen und Experten unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen (bei uns stimmt das wirklich). * Kommunikation: Als Teil unseres Teams arbeitest du eng mit den Kunden zusammen, kommunizierst nach innen und außen und knüpfst wertvolle Kontakte im Deloitte Netzwerk.

Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich. * Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen in der Finanzwelt (z.B. Bank, Asset Manager, Aufsichtsbehörde, Beratungsunternehmen, Wirtschaftsprüfer). * Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit österreichischen und europäischen Rechtstexten und Regulierungen für den Bankenmarkt. * Sicherer Umgang mit Standard-Office-Anwendungen (Microsoft 365), idealerweise eine generelle Affinität zu Themen wie Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und Künstlicher Intelligenz. * Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Denkweise und Fähigkeit zur Strukturierung komplexer Themen. * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden. * Teamfähigkeit und hohe Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

Zusätzliche Informationen Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 44.100,- (nicht All In) auf Level Analyst und ab € 46.200,- (nicht All In) auf Level Consultant. Deine Vergütung orientiert sich selbstverständlich an deiner individuellen Qualifikation und positionsrelevanten Berufserfahrung.
