Stellenbeschreibung Du bist lösungsorientiert, kreativ und auf der Suche nach neuen Herausforderungen im Bereich regulatorischer Bankenberatung? Du möchtest gemeinsam mit unserem Team an innovativen Beratungs- und Lösungsansätzen arbeiten und Finanzinstituten helfen, aktuelle Herausforderungen zu lösen?

Was dich erwartet: * Du bist Teil eines dynamischen Teams motivierter Expertinnen und Experten unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen (bei uns stimmt das wirklich). * Du berätst nationale und internationale Finanzinstitute, z.B. Banken, Asset Manager und Kryptoanbieter sowie andere Teilnehmer des Finanzmarktes und erlangst ein breites Verständnis der Branche. * Du übersetzt komplexe Vorgaben österreichischer und europäischer Trendsetter und Aufsichtsbehörden in praxistaugliche Handlungsempfehlungen. * Du spielst eine aktive Rolle bei (inter-)nationalen Beratungsprojekten, z.B. durch Planung von Workshops, Durchführung von Gap Analysen, Erstellung von Impact Assessments und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen. * Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und Governance-Strukturen und optimierst diese zusammen mit der Expertise und den Benchmarks unseres Deloitte-Teams. * Du erarbeitest neue Konzepte und Tools zur Unterstützung von operativen Prozessen, z.B. Compliance Management-, Third-Party Risk Management- und Interne Kontroll-Systemen.

Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich. * Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen in der Finanzwelt (z.B. Bank, Versicherung, Asset Manager, Aufsichtsbehörde, Beratungsunternehmen, Wirtschaftsprüfer). * Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit österreichischen und europäischen Rechtstexten und Regulierungen für den Finanzmarkt. * Sicherer Umgang mit Standard-Office-Anwendungen (Microsoft 365), idealerweise erweitert um Kenntnisse zu Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und Künstlicher Intelligenz. * Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. * Verständnis für traditionelle und neue Finanzmarktthemen, z.B. Bankprozesse, Investment-Produkte, FinTechs, Crypto Assets, Nachhaltigkeit (Sustainable Finance). * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Denkweise und Fähigkeit zur Strukturierung komplexer Themen. * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden. * Teamfähigkeit und hohe Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

Zusätzliche Informationen Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 44.100,- (nicht All In) auf Level Analyst und ab € 46.200,- (nicht All In) auf Level Consultant. Deine Vergütung orientiert sich selbstverständlich an deiner individuellen Qualifikation und positionsrelevanten Berufserfahrung.
