Jouw takenpakket

Je werkt op projectbasis bij gekende spelers in de bank- en verzekeringssector. Qua taakinhoud heb je enerzijds veel klantencontact, anderzijds beheer je de verzekeringsdossiers van deze klanten.

  • Je helpt klanten telefonisch, face-to-face en via mail verder.
  • Je beheert verzekeringsdossiers van A tot Z, telkens met oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt samen met ervaren collega’s en leert de knepen van het vak.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan workshops en teamdagen om je professionele groei te stimuleren.

Locatie: Antwerpen of Brussel

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt recent een Bachelor of Master- diploma behaald (in eender welke richting).
  • Je hebt een grote interesse in de bank- en verzekeringssector en wilt hier graag over bijleren.
  • Je kan je zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans (enkel vereist voor bachelors) vlot uitdrukken.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en leergierig.
  • Je werkt graag in een team, maar kan ook zelfstandig je taken opnemen.
