The posting

Als Junior Consultant Business Software sta je dagelijks in contact met onze Odoo klanten en gebruikers en zorg je ervoor dat ze snel, professioneel en persoonlijk geholpen worden.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt wanneer een klant een vraag of probleem heeft bij het gebruik van Odoo. Je luistert naar de klant, probeert de vraag goed te begrijpen en gaat vervolgens op zoek naar een geschikte oplossing.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je registreert en beheert functionele supportvragen van onze Odoo-klanten via ons ticketsysteem.
  • Je analyseert de vragen en problemen en probeert de oorzaak zo snel mogelijk te achterhalen.
  • Je lost indien mogelijk zelfstandig eerstelijnsvragen op en begeleidt gebruikers bij het correct gebruiken van Odoo.
  • Je geeft duidelijke uitleg en praktische instructies aan klanten.
  • Je test mogelijke oplossingen voordat je deze aan de klant voorstelt.
  • Je schakelt complexere functionele vragen door naar onze senior consultants.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en duidelijke opvolging van openstaande supportvragen en bewaakt mee de afgesproken responstijden en servicekwaliteit.
  • Je documenteert oplossingen zodat kennis binnen het team kan worden gedeeld en hergebruikt.
  • Je herkent terugkerende problemen en denkt mee na over structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je houdt de klant op de hoogte van de voortgang van zijn of haar vraag.
  • Je verleent ook ondersteuning aan onze senior consultants bij projecten en geeft commerciële opportuniteiten door aan het sales team.

· Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en vindt het interessant om te begrijpen hoe bedrijfssoftware én bedrijven werken.

  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel
  • Je luistert goed en stelt gerichte vragen
  • Je bent geduldig en helpt gebruikers graag verder
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de opvolging van een klantvraag
  • Je zoekt graag zelf naar oplossingen maar durft ook hulp te vragen wanneer je vastloopt
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig én als onderdeel van een team

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor ICT of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
  • Een behoorlijk inzicht in de bedrijfsprocessen van een KMO
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van Frans en Engels (pluspunt)
