Word jij enthousiast van strategievraagstukken, bedrijfsmodellen en organisatieverandering? Binnen het Enterprise Model & Strategy-team help je organisaties hun bedrijfsstructuur zó in te richten dat ze hun strategische doelstellingen beter kunnen realiseren. Je werkt voor klanten in uiteenlopende sectoren zoals Energy & Utilities, FMCG, de publieke sector en de zorg. Van strategische analyse tot implementatie draag je bij aan oplossingen die organisaties toekomstbestendiger maken. In deze rol werk je aan: - Het ontwikkelen van strategieën, bedrijfsmodellen en doelstellingen voor verschillende organisatieonderdelen, waarbij klantwaarde centraal staat. - Het ontwerpen en implementeren van nieuwe bedrijfs- en operationele modellen, inclusief het organiseren van workshops, stakeholderinterviews en verandertrajecten. - Het optimaliseren van governance, rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en processen zodat organisaties effectiever kunnen sturen op hun doelen. - Voorbeeldproject: je ontwikkelt voor een Nederlands ministerie een proces waarmee organisatiebrede strategie effectief wordt vertaald naar programma's en projecten binnen ...
